How does your dog waste service work?

To receive a quote for our services, please complete the quote form, and we will respond promptly with an estimate. Upon agreement to the quote and enrollment in our service, we will collect necessary information, such as gate codes. Your yard will be scheduled for service on a specific day, Monday through Friday, depending on your location. For dog waste removal, our team will arrive at your residence between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, based on our client schedule for that day. On the designated service day, we will perform the tasks outlined in your contract. We kindly request that your pet is secured indoors during the appointment. After completing our service, you will receive a photograph of your locked gate. Please note that it is not necessary for anyone to be present at home while we conduct our service.

How does your Kitty Litter box exchange work?

We are pleased to offer a hassle-free program designed for your convenience. Upon enrollment, you will receive a litter box pre-filled with litter. On your designated service day, simply place your used litter box on your front porch before 8am. Our team will arrive to collect the used litter box and replace it with a fresh one, ready for immediate use. The new litter box will be equipped with a plastic covering to protect it from pests and adverse weather conditions. The used litter box will be emptied, cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for the next exchange.

Can I request a specific day for cleaning?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate requests for yard or litter exchanges on specific days. Our scheduling is determined by your location within our service area. To efficiently manage our operations and optimize drive times and fuel consumption, we have designated specific days for service in various areas. This approach enables us to reduce costs and time, which we are pleased to pass on to our valued customers.

What is your pro clean guarantee?

We are committed to ensuring that our services meet your expectations from the outset. Should you find that we have overlooked any area in your yard after a cleaning, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will rectify the situation by returning to your property either the same day or the following day, at no additional cost to you. Please note the following conditions for claiming this guarantee: 1) You must contact us by 7 PM on the day the service was performed. 2) The grass in your yard must be under 4 inches in height at the time of service; if it exceeds this height, the guarantee will be rendered void.

Question

What happens if you can't clean my yard on your scheduled day?

In the event that we are unable to perform the scheduled yard cleaning due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to you promptly to reschedule the cleaning for the same weekend, either on Saturday or Sunday.
